Melissa Reed, PT, MSPT

Our philosophy

Melissa graduated with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. She brings twelve years of Outpatient Orthopedic experience to the clinic. She is part of the CrossFit HQ Level One Seminar staff, and holds numerous certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Sports Specific Rehab. But forget the qualifications, Melissa has a passion for movement and all aspects of fitness. She is dedicated to helping you restore your health and fitness, and helping you to achieve whatever your goals may be.
